Three different locations, 8 hours, 4 video crews, 3 editors and a highlights video to play at that evening's dinner of the day's events was the goal.

Practical Illusions played a key role in producing this event with the Greater Wisconsin Media Communications Association International. PI coordinated all the crews and editors. One primary crew was assigned to each event, along with an editor to load and start editing the captured material. By using a mix of P2 and hard drive recording, the entire team shot the days events in 720p30 HD, loaded the footage, and got a 5 minute highlights reel completed in time for the 7:30 PM presentation.

Each editor cut their segment, then exported it for the senior editor Colleen Parquette to finish assembling on her laptop. We of course made show time and everything ran well.
